Working title:
Winter Avenue
EnquireCatalogue note
A snow-covered avenue recedes between dark ranks of trees, the snow patterned with blue shadows and the shadows of bare branches. The high viewpoint lets the dappled ground dominate the picture. The mood is cold but sunlit, full of intricate pattern.
