Winter Stream beneath Mountains

Catalogue note

A pair of bare, pale-trunked trees rises from a field of snow, a thin dark stream threading between blue-shadowed banks. Ochre grasses catch the last warmth against the blue-grey mountain and heavy sky. The handling is loose and atmospheric, the snow freighted with cool violet shadows.
