Autumn Valley under Snow

Catalogue note

A snowy bowl of fields and hills is enclosed by pale mountains, while in the right foreground slender trees still hold a scatter of orange leaves. A blue-shadowed stream winds from the lower left, leading the eye inward. The palette mixes violet snows with hot accents of autumn in a loose and lyrical handling.
